First of all, our hearts and thoughts go out to everyone directly affected by the Covid-19 crisis.
In these uncertain times, our priority and focus remains the health and safety of our employees, their families, and the extended Mambe family of customers, suppliers and partners. We have all been impacted by the Covid-19 crisis, and the best way to make it through is to support each other in any way we can.
- To help ensure the safety of our employees, we initially closed our normal operations on March 12th, maintaining only limited shipping and customer service functions. After approximated 4 weeks, we began limited production work in staggered, shortened shifts, with partial teams of employees allowing for plenty of distancing and continual cleaning/sanitizing.
- Employees have been making masks for those in need, utilizing home sewing machines and various supplies on hand. We are currently developing a Mambe reusable fabric face mask we will begin producing in larger volumes. These masks will be donated to organizations and people in need, and will also be available for sale on our website with proceeds funding the production and donation of more face masks for Coronavirus.
- We will continue to monitor the situation and adjust our work schedules and locations appropriately. We are striving to ship all orders in a timely way (within 1-2 days) and answer all customer inquiries (within 24 hours). Thank you for your patience and understanding if there is any delay you encounter.
Amid the uncertainty of this difficult time, we truly value your business, and we appreciate the trust you have put in us. If we all work together and support each other, we'll get past this crisis and back to "normal" as soon as possible. We'll get there!
