Standard Ground Shipping is FREE for all orders over $75 shipping to addresses in the continental US. ($7.95 for orders under $75) All blanket orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days using UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or Fedex. When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your convenience. Mambe blankets are designed to last many years, and without quality materials it wouldn't be possible.  We take great care in selecting the materials we use in every Mambe blanket, from the nylon ripstops and Polartec fleece to the waterproofing laminations and sturdy nylon thread that holds it all together.  Using quality materials and applying expert craftsmanship makes it possible to offer a lifetime guarantee on our products.  There aren't many others in our industry (or any industry for that matter) who stand behind their products like we do.  Of course you get what you pay for and our blankets cost more than cheap import versions, but a Mambe blanket is an investment in your comfort and peace of mind for years to come.  As so many of our customers have repeatedly said, they're "worth every penny."

Safety note - our products are free of latex and potentially harmful chemicals such as PVC (poly vinyl chloride) and PCB (Polychlorinated biphenyl).

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

With proper care, Mambe products will last for many years.  Follow these instructions and tips for best results.

Spot Cleaning

- Use a damp sponge or rag to clean small areas.  

- Enzyme-based stain and odor removers should be used to treat any bodily-fluids before washing an entire item.

MACHINE WASHING

- Wash separately in plenty of tepid water. Use mild detergents.Avoid fabric bleach, fabric softeners and dryer sheets.Tumble dry on warm or low temperature settings.Large items may require periodic re-positioning to remove water trapped during wash and/or dry cycles.

What is covered
We warrant every product we make to be free of manufacture and material defects for as long as you own the product.  If you ever have an issue, just contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right.

What is not covered
Normal wear and tear. Damage due to a use other than what the product was designed for.
