Order Status

Once you place your order we will send an Order Confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout. If you don't see it, please check your spam/junk folder. Please review your order details and let us know if there is any issue. When your order is shipped, we send a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information. If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, we may still be processing your order.

If you haven't received any email, and has been more than 2 business days since you placed your order, please call us at (800) 760-7852, Monday - Friday, between the hours of 9am and 5pm (PST).


Standard Ground Shipping is FREE for all orders over $75 shipping to addresses in the continental US. ($7.95 for orders under $75) All blanket orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days using UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or Fedex. When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your convenience. Note that UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail delivery takes 1-5 days (see map below), but those times are estimates only. Delivery by those dates is not guaranteed. If you really need delivery on or by a certain date, choose one of our expedited shipping options.

Expedited Shipping is available when you need your order FAST! We offer UPS 3 Day Select and UPS 2nd Day Air. Expedited orders must be received by us no later than noon, Pacific Time for the order to ship that day. Delivery dates and prices for each are based on the ship-to zip code and are noted in the checkout process.

International Shipping - We ship to most countries via UPS, Fedex, or DHL. Shipping prices include local duties and taxes calculated based on the destination address. Transit times are noted but are typically 3-7 days.

What is your return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return your unused/unwashed blanket(s) for a prompt refund. Refunds for unused items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days (but not more than 60 days) after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Mambe Face Masks are a personal use item and are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.

If you'd like to make a return please contact us for further instructions.  We can provide a return shipping label for $10 flat rate.  Return labels are only available for customers in the continental US.

Please note, returned items must be unused and in their original saleable condition (including stuff sacks if applicable).  Items that have been customized or altered cannot be returned.

Purchases made via must be returned via Amazon.

Materials used in Mambe Blankets

Mambe blankets are designed to last many years, and without quality materials it wouldn't be possible.  We take great care in selecting the materials we use in every Mambe blanket, from the nylon ripstops and Polartec fleece to the waterproofing laminations and sturdy nylon thread that holds it all together.  Using quality materials and applying expert craftsmanship makes it possible to offer a lifetime guarantee on our products.  There aren't many others in our industry (or any industry for that matter) who stand behind their products like we do.  Of course you get what you pay for and our blankets cost more than cheap import versions, but a Mambe blanket is an investment in your comfort and peace of mind for years to come.  As so many of our customers have repeatedly said, they're "worth every penny."

Safety note - our products are free of latex and potentially harmful chemicals such as PVC (poly vinyl chloride) and PCB (Polychlorinated biphenyl).


With proper care, Mambe products will last for many years.  Follow these instructions and tips for best results.

Spot Cleaning

- Use a damp sponge or rag to clean small areas.  

- Enzyme-based stain and odor removers should be used to treat any bodily-fluids before washing an entire item.


- Wash separately in plenty of tepid water. Use mild detergents.Avoid fabric bleach, fabric softeners and dryer sheets.Tumble dry on warm or low temperature settings.Large items may require periodic re-positioning to remove water trapped during wash and/or dry cycles.

What is covered
We warrant every product we make to be free of manufacture and material defects for as long as you own the product.  If you ever have an issue, just contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right.

What is not covered
Normal wear and tear. Damage due to a use other than what the product was designed for.
