Standard Ground Shipping is FREE for all orders over $50 shipping to addresses in the continental US. ($5 for orders under $50) All blanket orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days using UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or Fedex. When your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for your convenience. Note that UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail delivery dates are estimates only. Delivery by those dates is not guaranteed. If you really need delivery on or by a certain date, choose one of our expedited shipping options.

Expedited Shipping is available when you need your order FAST! We offer UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air and USPS Express Mail. Next day delivery orders must be received by us no later than noon, PST/PDT. Delivery dates and prices for each are based on the ship-to zip code and are noted in the checkout process.

International Shipping - We ship to most countries via UPS, Fedex, or DHL. Shipping prices include local duties and taxes calculated based on the destination address. Transit times are noted but are typically 3-7 days.

What is your return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return your unused/unwashed blanket(s) for a prompt refund. Refunds for unused items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days (but not more than 60 days) after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Use a damp sponge or rag to clean small areas.  Enzyme-based stain and odor removers should be used to treat any bodily-fluids before washing an entire item.

Machine Washing

Wash separately in plenty of tepid water. Use mild detergents.

Avoid fabric bleach, fabric softeners and dryer sheets.

Tumble dry on warm or low temperature settings.

Large items may require periodic re-positioning to remove water trapped during wash and/or dry cycles.

"My daughter-in-law and her best friend introduced me to these blankets watching Little League baseball in the greater Seattle area where it’s cold and rains the first half of baseball season. These blankets are comfy soft on the fleece side, keep you warm and dry, and are plenty big. I ordered a chocolate one hoping to get it in time for the next game. Four-Paws UP

"This is the second Mambe blanket I've purchased. I still have my first one that I purchased a good five years ago. It's in excellent shape. I just decided it was time for a color change, so I switched from black to red. I use it to line the inside of my Jeep Wrangler for my four standard poodles. I've ridden in the back of my Jeep, and I can attest firsthand to the cushiony comfort of my Mambe. May "Mates" love it; and if they're happy, I'm happy. Well-made and really holds up to my four standard poodles. They've challenged it with water, mud, dirt, chew toys, cookies and the occasional tummy upset. Mambe always wins. Great investment with a myriad of uses that really holds up to whatever my "Mates" throw at it."

Q&A

What happened to the larger sizes of the outdoor blanket? My wife and I have loved ours for years. Now that we one little one and a second on the way, we need a bigger one. I was surprised I couldn't find any options larger than the 5x7 size. I recall that there used to be bigger options. Where did they go?

Some embers from a campfire burned a hole in the water proof side. Is there a patch kit?
No, we have not created a custom patch kit - mostly because any patch kit will do. If you really want matching fabric, please contact us directly at info@mambeblankets.com
Do the small sticker burrs get stuck on the fleece?
We use PolarTec brand, double velour fleece in all of our Outdoor products, the best quality fleece made. (And so does the US military, FYI.) To the extent that "stickers" will catch in or on fabric, yes, they will catch on our products. But usually only right at the surface. As long as you don't allow stickers (or anything else) to be ground into the fleece, it is all pretty easy to shake off, brush off or pick off. Doing so before washing also makes "stuff" easier to remove.
Is the mermaid color no longer available?
