Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Mambe blanket. If something's not right, we're happy to help with a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase date.

Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of your purchase date. We're unable to accept returns after this window.
Return Shipping
Return shipping labels are available for $10 flat rate and will be deducted from your refund. Return labels are only available for customers in the continental US.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused, unwashed and unworn
- In its original packaging (including stuff sacks, if applicable)
- Free of pet hair, odors, and any signs of wear
Items that don't meet these conditions can't be accepted, and may be returned to you at your expense.
Customized Items
Because each customized blanket is made specifically for you, personalized or customized items (embroidery, custom colors, logos, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend double-checking your customization details at checkout — reach out to us first if you have questions before ordering.
Amazon Purchases
Purchases made through Amazon.com must be returned through Amazon.
Mambe Face Masks
Face masks are a personal-use item and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
